Employment
There are two (2) forms for employment that can be submitted in person at 270 South Main Street, Marion, NC 28752 or mailed to the same address with attention to Officer DJ Barrier
Citizens' Police Academy
This 9 week course meets weekly on Thursdays.
Applications can be submitted online, or in person at the Police Department.
Extra Duty Officer Request
Requests for Extra Duty Officers for events/parties/weddings, can be submitted online or in person. The attached form has details involving costs and requirements, and must be submitted at least two (2) weeks prior to the scheduled event.
Ride Along Program
Ride along forms can be submitted in person, with a follow up call from the Patrol Lieutenant to schedule a date and time to ride.
